The Power Yoga Boot Camp is a group fitnesss program for weight management and fitness. If you are 10-30-40-50 pounds overweight and is conscious about going to got to a gym. Then join me and others like yourself to work together in changing your body. This program is design for everyone regardless of weight, age, or fitness level. You work at your own pace. No one will be left behind. We start as a team, we end as a team. Just give me 8 weeks to change your body.Location: This program will be held at diffrent locations.
PROGRAM DETAILS: All participants will be given a nutrition class and a fitness test prior to the start of the program. The fitness program will include strength training, jumping rope, circuit training, yoga and pilates.
WHAT TO BRING:Participants should bring a towel, water bottle, running shoes, yoga mat and fitness heart rate monitor to calculate targeted heart rate.
WHAT TO EXPECT:You can expect to lose weight, tone, and strengthen your body. By working with others, you will develop a sense of comaradre and support.
