WHAT IS THAI YOGA MASSAGE?

Thai yoga massage is a 2500 year old tradition of healing that originated in india and transported to thailand by buddist monks. Thai massage is a combination of yoga, ti chi,  reflexology, and accupressure which is used to restore balance to the body and mind.We are currently creating content for this section. Thai massage focuses on 10 sen lines by releasing blockages.When this occurs, there are tremendous benefits.Improved circulation, improved flexibility, improved joint mobility, creating a feeling of vitality and wellbeing.

Yoga therapy is a method of the ancient science of yoga that focuses on health and wellness at all levels of the person: physical, and psychological. This focus is on bringing balance and healing to the mind and body. The yoga therapist is a guide for the individuals self discovering to his or hers healing powers. We are committed to the complete health of the individual and we offer services based on a one on one personal basis where treatments are customed tailored to the individuals uniqueness.

TREATMENTSESSION                                                                                                    

Treatment is done on a padded mat. You are fully dressed except for shoes and socks. The treament session can last for 1 or 2 hour depending on the package you choose.

HOW TO PREPARE

1. Wear loose clothing  2. Eat lightely before session  3. Have clean hands and feet

MAKING APPOINTMENT

Sessions are done by appointment only according to your schedule. Upon arrival you will be required to fill out a health questionarre and waiver form.

DURING SESSIONS

During your session try to relax a much as possible. Let the therapist take complete control try not to assist. If you feel pain or discomfort say so. After your session drink plenty of water and take it easy and enjoy the bliss.
